What's "Prisoners of 2nd Avenue"?

In honor of the music we play, which is the music that was heard at Bill Graham's Fillmore East, music associated with the music heard there, and music that would have been heard there had it stayed opened longer, we have named ourselves Prisoners of 2nd Avenue.
